Sabis Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us, and we want to be transparent about how we process your personal data so that you feel secure when sharing your information with us. To conduct our business, it is essential that both customers and employees have trust in Sabis and our ways of working. Who is responsible for your personal data?
Sabis AB (corporate ID no. 556165-9888) is the data controller for the personal data you provide to us and is responsible for your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and legislation (GDPR).
Why do we store your information?
The information we collect from you is securely stored for internal use in Sabis's data systems. This data is needed to manage your booking and is only handled by authorized Sabis staff and a few carefully selected partners and system suppliers.
Sabis has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from, for example, loss or unauthorized access. We continuously adapt our security measures to technological developments.

We only collect personal data that is relevant to us.

Why we process your personal data
We use your personal data for various purposes. The specific data we use depends on the purpose. Below are our different purposes for processing personal data:

Your rights regarding data deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. Please contact us via email at: dataskyddsombud@sabis.se. We may ask you to confirm your identity or provide additional information before allowing access to your data. We do this to ensure we only provide access to your personal data to you – and not to anyone pretending to be you.
How we share your personal data
We may share your information within Sabis. We never forward, sell, or trade your data for marketing purposes to third parties. Information shared with third parties is only used to provide our services to you. This means we do not disclose information that can be linked to you to third parties without a legal basis.
Data retention
In general, we keep your information as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected. The data may also be retained for the time required by applicable law, for example, for 7 years to comply with accounting laws. Otherwise, we will regularly review our data processing practices and may delete your data if you haven’t interacted with us for a long time.
Your rights
If you want insight into how your personal data is being processed, you have the right to request access. Upon receiving an access request, we may ask for additional information to ensure that we are providing the data to the right person. You also always have the right to request that your personal data be corrected.
We will always delete your data to the extent required by applicable law, and we will do our best to accommodate your request for deletion. You also have the right to object to our processing.
Complaints and supervisory authority
If you believe that we have handled your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to file e a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), which is the supervisory authority for personal data processing.
